Starting in 2015, I began to invest in lower-income (out of state) properties because of its low cost barrier to entry as a young professional. Nearly 10 years later, these investments continue to pay dividends. I can’t help but see how they could help many more get started and take control of their financial future. So I decided to create an “EASY BUTTON” for those that want to get started and don’t know how. For the cost of a 20% downpayment in the market I serve as a real estate agent, you could own an investment property free & clear utilizing the same vendors I have worked with for years.

The Start

One single family home - a single story ranch renting for more than double a traditional 15 year mortgage payment.

Stabilizing

Over the course of 5 years, Robert acquired 8 properties in one neighborhood in Aiken, SC - a 7 hour drive from his home. Income and expenses were stabilized. Profitablility proved exceptional in most cases. Different professional management styles tested. Tenants seemed pleased with the product.

Another Market

Starting in late 2020 after spending almost a year of research, I added another market to my portfolio. The Portland neighborhood in the west end of Louisville, Kentucky.
