Starting in 2015, I began to invest in lower-income (out of state) properties because of its low cost barrier to entry as a young professional. Nearly 10 years later, these investments continue to pay dividends. I can’t help but see how they could help many more get started and take control of their financial future. Over the course of 5 years, Robert acquired 8 properties in one neighborhood in Aiken, SC - a 7 hour drive from his home. Income and expenses were stabilized. Profitablility proved exceptional in most cases. Different professional management styles tested. Tenants seemed pleased with the product.
